Was hungry, had some ground beef left over from making spaghetti w/meat sauce last night so made myself a burger for lunch. Cast iron skillet, 81/19% beef to fat ratio, toasted bun, two slices of American cheese and Great Value Secret Sauce. Didn’t have any vegetables in the house for toppings, but this was delicious on its own!

About as good of a homemade burger as I’ve seen. I like the hamburger meat a little pinker but it still looks good.
