Ambur Chicken Biryani (Ingredients)

Soaked dry chilli – 5
Soaked Kashmiri chilli – 2
Oil – 3 tbl spoon
Ghee – 2 teaspoon
Bay leaf – 1
Star anise
Cinnamon stick
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 3
Onion – 2
Green chilli – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Turmeric powder
Curd – 3 tbl spoon
Chicken – 750 grams
Salt
Water – 3 ½ cups
20 mins soaked seeraga samba rice – 2 cups
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
