  3. What did you use for the egg wash/glaze on this? Mine always seems to be too dark and slightly uneven. Yours looks fantastic.

    Oh my word. I made butternut squash soup tonight that was so good, but the whole time I kept wishing I had home made buns to go with it – and then I see this post with these gorgeous beauties to rub it in!!! They look amazing👌
