Spending new years alone in a foreign country with no friends (former best friend suddenly ended our friendship), got depressed, so I decided to make my favorite pasta, Pasta alla norcina, to celebrate on my own
Ingredients: Mancini rigatoni, extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, salsiccia, white wine, salt, pepper, black truffle, ricotta, and pecorino romano

What does ‘Norcina’ mean?
I know pasta with walnuts is Pasta Al Noci or maybe Nocina..
