This is one of those Ramen shops that advertise they are reservation only. I came in on a Sunday afternoon at around 1330 hours, an hour before they closed for the afternoon and seated myself at the counter for a bowl of their chicken paitan Ramen. Pork was prepared sous vide. Look at those eggs!!! Awesome experience.

I have been there. My ramen was paprica themed and it was delicious.
The eggs do look perfectly jammy. Did you hear them actually play any Afro Beats music? I cant even imagine 😂. Either way, when I visit this year I’m checking it out as I love chicken paitan.

Creamy and lemony awesomeness. I stayed at Citadines in the area and should have gone back to this place again before I left. Oh well, next time. I heard they have a sister shop too, would love to try it.
