St. Pete and Clearwater recently opened their doors to Boustan, a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant serving up delicious flavors hot to go. Situated at 5300 E Bay Dr, Boustan is conveniently located between the heart of Clearwater and St. Pete, easily accessible to those living in both places.
Boustan is an increasingly popular “fast-casual” restaurant known for its fresh ingredients, shwarmas, pitas, bowls, and wraps. The restaurant’s meals are deliciously customizable, so diners can mix and match their favorite menu items according to their palate’s desire.

A brief Boustan history
Although Boustan is new to Florida, the restaurant chain has been around since the ’80s. Starting in Montreal, the chain made a name for itself through its accessibility to delicious, fresh flavors.
