Reduced the sugar by half, added a touch of maple syrup. Added orange zest and cinnamon as suggested by previous poster. Maybe cooked a little too long.
But Kath would be jealous.

    Zest of a whole orange, 40g less sugar, 40g maple syrup, whole cinnamon stick blitzed.
    Probably cooked too long at 28 min at 165 Celsius so not as moist as would hope.
    If I did again, less baking time, more sugar! Also did inulin on the top as had no icing sugar.
