topped with sage and brown butter…so good! used love and lemons pasta recipe, and created my own filling:

pasta:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

filling

  • ⅔ cup burrata, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup whole-milk ricotta
  • ¼ cup very finely grated parm
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped caramelized onion
