1 tbsp avocado or homemade mayonnaise
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of half a lemon
1–2 tsp olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Bread Topping:
Butter
Chopped garlic
Chopped parsley or cilantro
Herbes de Provence
