

I canceled my plan on 12/29, got charged for a box "delivered on 12/30." I have no box lol. The amounts in the invoice dont add up either. What do I even do? My account is now in the negative and I cant buy more groceries, AND I have no food from them either.

You can’t cancel a box for 12/30 on 12/29. There’s a cut off. For my next box on 1/5, the cut off is today 12/31. If I cancel tomorrow, I’m still getting (and going to be charged for) the box on 1/5 because it takes time to prepare and ship.
Maybe there was an issue with the delivery and the box was lost. Or maybe it’s behind and will come today.
If a box was delivered on 12/30, it was probably shipped on the 29th. If you didnt get a box, ask them to refund you. This is why you don’t use debit with these companies, only credit.
