• 500g ground meat
• Cannelloni tubes
• 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, tomatoes
• Butter, flour, milk for béchamel
• Grated cheese, salt, pepper, favorite spices

1. Prepare the filling:
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes.
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with the chopped vegetables.
Add your favorite spices, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until fully combined.

2. Make the béchamel sauce:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Slowly pour in warm milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if desired.

3. Assemble the dish:
Pour a thin layer of béchamel sauce into the baking dish.
Fill each cannelloni tube with the meat mixture (use a spoon or piping bag).
