    1lb lean ground beef
    1 tbs Cajun seasoning
    1/2 tsp cumin
    3/4 – 1 tsp salt
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 small onion, puréed

    Mix everything together
Take 1/3rd of the meat and press it in between 2 layers of parchment paper. Roll it out thin, then remove the top parchment paper, and roll the meat into a scroll. Do this with the remaining meat as well. Place the scrolls in a baking dish and bake at 400F for about 20 mins. Then unravel the scrolls, and optional: stick back into the oven to crisp up, or fry in a pan to get crispy.

    Greek salad:
    Cucumber
    Tomato
    Bell pepper
    Onion

    Creamy Greek dressing:
    Yogurt
    Vinegar or lemon juice
    Salt
    Pepper
    Oregano
    Touch of garlic powder

  2. Gyro is fake doner nothing else, it is thicker because greek are not skillful enough to cut it thinner.

  3. Gyro and doner is essentially the same thing. But I personally think making a meatloaf size thing I'm cooking it hole and then slicing it thinly gets the job done better

  4. A lot of people have been posting about this, but you’re the only one who has put it under the broiler to get it nice and crispy. Brava! ❤
