I miss the exhaustion and sense of completion sometimes… Thank you for reminding me it isn’t worth it. o7

We had 700+ covers on the 30th but it was a rainy night. 150 canceled so it was not too bad of a shift. Chef even got us a few packs of beer to celebrate. Happy New Year 🎊 to all BOH!
