I made myself a little noodle stir‑fry in the air fryer. Technically, you probably can’t call it a “stir‑fry” anymore since there wasn’t an actual pan involved… but who cares. It tasted great, and I even managed to pull off the tornado egg :).

    🥘 **Ingredients**

    * 1/2 onion
    * 1 bell pepper (any color)
    * 1 pack of udon noodles
    * Soy sauce (to taste)
    * 2–3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
    * Sriracha (to taste)
    * 2 eggs
    * Oil for the pan
    * Salt & pepper
    * Chives

    🔥 **Preparation**

    * Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
    * Halve the onion, slice it into strips, and place in a bowl.
    * Remove the seeds and white parts from the bell pepper, slice it into strips, and add it to the bowl.
    * Open the udon noodles, loosen them up, and separate them gently.
    * Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha, then mix everything well.
    * Transfer the mixture to the air fryer, spread it out evenly, and cook for 9 minutes at 200°C.
    * Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan, whisk the two eggs, and make a tornado egg.
    * Place the noodles in a bowl and top with the tornado egg.
    * Finish with salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
