Hi there! I recently purchased a Nespresso Essenza Mini and wanted to see if I could refill the pods reliably and easily. I’m using the Capmesso brand of lid replacements and a few other homemade gadgets (if you can call them that) to do the refills. It all works well enough for me. Plus I got to use some of my woodworking skills to make a little tamper using a piece of poplar and a cap pull for a drawer. Check it out and let me know what you think. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have when I get a chance.

Nice!
How well do they work? I do this sometimes with vertuo pods and they tend to leak a fair amount into the drip tray
SWEET. is the coffee comparable to nespresso pods?
Can you link us to a “cap pull?” I’m not 100% sure what this is.
I’m ready to try this out.
Thanks!
I have a bar spoon that has a tamper on one end. It isn’t good enough to make bar drinks but does a great job refilling pods. And I use it to mix my coffee as well
Love the ingenuity!
I created a 3D printable kit that protects the lip where the foil has to stick and also rolls the foil edges around.
