Looks unreal!! Tenderloin cut up? Care to share a recipe?!

I’m not sure how I feel about Beef Tartare. It’s actually the egg yolk that I’m not sure about. Does it add much to the taste, help the texture? What is the egg yolk for?

I think on some nice garlic toast points this could be lovely, or it could make me gag and spit it in a napkin. I don’t know if there’s much in between.

Been eating this and a raw version of Syrian kibbeh since I was a kid. Many don’t understand and that’s perfectly fine.

I would smash this. Nice work.

I get that people do this but it’s just so gross to me lol

I’d be too nervous of messing it up to make it at home but I’d try it at a restaurant.

Steak tartare is a surefire way to expose who’s underage on this sub. People who don’t like steak tartare are the type of people to order chicken strips off the kids menu

Professional chef here. Iv never been a fan of tartar because of the textures. It’s on my menu but I avoid eating it

I would eat the ever living 💩out of that.

I’m not interested in it but it looks like you absolutely nailed it, a fine example !
