Hong Kong style roast goose over rice at Sham Tseng BBQ in Monterey Park

Bird is cooked tender and very moist, I almost couldn't finish the whole plate just because of how rich the goose fat was. Still doesn't hold a candle to the real deal in HK though, but it scratches that itch well.
