Ingredients:
• Pasta: 200g
• Sausages (sliced): 3–4
• Garlic (minced): 1 tbsp
• Onion (chopped): 1 small
• Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
• Fresh cream: ½ cup
• Chilli flakes: ½ tsp
• Dried oregano: ½ tsp
• Salt: to taste
• Black pepper: to taste
• Oil: 2–3 tbsp
📝 Method:
1. Boil the Pasta:
◦ Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
◦ Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Sausages:
◦ In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and fry sausages until golden. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
◦ In another pan, heat 1–2 tbsp oil.
◦ Add garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
◦ Add onion and cook until soft.
◦ Stir in tomato paste, cook for 1 minute.
◦ Add cream, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Combine:
◦ Add boiled pasta and cooked sausages into the sauce.
◦ Mix everything well until coated.
5. Serve:
◦ Garnish with fry sausage, parsley, or chesse.
