This Is the Easiest Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

This is my simple go-to Brussels sprouts recipe.
Roasted in a hot pan, finished with bacon and butter.
Easy ingredients, big flavor, no extras.
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 lb Brussels sprouts
– 4 oz smoky bacon, chopped
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– Kosher salt, to taste
– Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Trim Brussels sprouts, remove loose leaves, and cut in half.
3. Cook bacon in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat until just cooked.
Remove bacon and set aside.
4. Drain off most of the bacon fat, leaving a thin layer in the pan.
5. Add Brussels sprouts cut-side down and raise heat to medium-high.
6. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast until browned and tender,
about 20–25 minutes.
7. Return pan to the stove, add butter and cooked bacon, and toss to coat.
8. Season with salt and black pepper and serve hot.
