My old man wanted “snack food” for dinner tonight. He doesn’t have much of an appetite these days since he’s on home hospice now, so we let him go all out when he actually wants to eat

Sometimes a little air fried snacky snack plate is just what you need. For me it would be sausage rolls and party pies.

Once when I was like nine years old on Christmas Eve my mom made a bunch of finger foods for dinner. It was the first time I ever had pizza rolls. None of it was high effort or expensive but it felt wildly special to me and I still remember it decades later
