Noteworthy:
1. The multigrain toast is actually toasted, brown and crisp, not just warmed up.
2. The sandwich is hot at the time it is served, and not merely at some time in the past
3. Caramelized onions!

You can see the onions at the very near edge of the sandwich. They were soft and sweet.
