    $20 sandwich seems ridiculous but if you order the special at La Salumeria or a shawarma at Flaming Stove, that is 2 meals.

    Absolutely insane. This is also a problem in every major western city by the way, this isn’t just sandwich makers being greedy, the sooner everyone relalizes that this is all tied to unregulated perpetually increasing rent prices for both commercial and residential places, the sooner we can get to fixing this. Until then, this is our fuck up reality.
