I tried the Bain-Marie egg sandwich I keep seeing, it’s so good!

I probably could've left the eggs cooking a couple more minutes because the very center was a little bit runny, but overall it was a great texture- perfect for a breakfast sandwich. It was easy and delicious, thanks internet!
