My Aji Limon leaves are curling and splotchy on a couple of plants

Not happening to all plants, just a few. All planted in raised beds. All fertilized with seaweed and blood and bone every couple of weeks. Plants next door doing fine.

I planted basil and marigolds with the chillies and everything has absolutely taken off so bed is pretty full now. I'm making sure chillies have the highest spaces so they get the most light though.

Currently in bed:
5 Aji Limon
3 Choc habs
1 Scotch bonnet
1 Jalepeño

In pots:
2 Habs
1 Thai

In seed trays or boxes nearly ready for beds:
2 Scotch bonnet
2 Fatali

Numbers are due to which seeds/seedlings survived.

Any idea why the leaves might look like this on the ALs?
