Got a nice care package from the Chicago area including El Milagro corn tortillas, chicharrón – the kind where there’s a bunch of meat attached to the pork skin – and more. Warmed up a few tortillas in a pan, made guacamole w/a jalapeño, air fried the chicharrón, made some tacos, and that put me in a happy place. Crunchy, tasty and took me into my core memories like Anton Ego trying ratatouille.
