As we kick off the new year, local foodies have some exciting new eateries to check out in downtown Saratoga Springs, including the return of a local favorite.

Saratoga Springs has always been one of the best dining destinations in the Capital Region, and two new Phila Street eateries will just be adding to the Spa City’s reputation as one of the area’s ultimate foodie cities.

2 New Restaurants Open On Phila Street In Saratoga Springs

According ot Saratoga.com, Noah’s Italian, featuring “… a refined Italian-American dining experience…” offering up Italian high-level comfort food and seafood dishes, is now open at 43 Phila Street.

In addition, this foodie street is now the new home of a Saratoga County favorite. Last year, we reported that 13 North in Malta was closing its doors as part of a move/rebrand. That move is now complete as Elody Restaurant opened its doors at 54 Phila Street on Friday, January 2, 2026. Saratoga.com says Elody is “…staying true to its roots of scratch-made American comfort food and Italian-inspired dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients.”

The Elody menu offers a full slate of American grill and Italian classics, and the new eatery also offers up a prime rib night on Thursdays and fresh fish Fridays.

These two new eateries are now part of a Saratoga Springs dining hotspot joining local legends like Hattie’s, Sweet Mimi’s, Solevo, and Standard Fare on Phila Street.
