   It looks great. That said, I don’t understand the cutting it into slices. Why not leave it whole and cut it as you eat it?

   I feel like twice baked potatoes have fallen out of fashion in recent times and I have no fucking idea why.

   They’re legitimately one of the greatest side dishes known to mankind. I think that could even be a part of the problem – steak is intimidated by all the attention the twice baked potatoes are getting.🤦🏻😂
