Does anyone know why one or two of the burners are making that sound sometimes? I just bought it from someone, took it apart cleaned it and then put it back together.

I call it back flash, but your air fuel mixture is wrong. That noise is the gas burning inside the burner tube instead of outside as it should. You can adjust the air shutter (close it) until it goes away. Don’t use it when it makes that noise, you’ll have some damage and potential risk of fire events.
