I got a panacea drink I mix up when I’m sick that has most of that except apple juice plus chicken stock, braggs amino acids, garlic, and olive oil. Cleans me right out, sinuses to bowels.

It came with an eyedropper and you’re meant to squeeze some on your tongue as a refreshing way to get the blood pumping. I think it was vinegar, cayenne, lemon, and some liquid vitamins haha
