I mix up 2 eggs really well and also add a bit of salt then heat up at medium,when a foily texture forms I turn up the heat and after a bit I flip it and after about 25 seconds I take it off the pan. I add a bit of grated Parmesan inside it also with pan toasted bread.

Might as well put it on the bread
You should cut circles out of each with a cookie cutter and make a breakfast Yin Yang. I like the symmetry.
I know a German convenience bread when I see one.
