    I feel like my Polish, Jewish, and Slovak forefathers are eating with me. This is NEVER something I would have gravitated to as a younger man.

    Looks great, but I was so confused with Kewpie and Grey Poupon until I zoomed into the pic. Not necessary, but it might help someone who’s not familiar with brands if you did “Mayo(brand) and dijon mustard(brand)” next time. Sorry, I was not trying to be insensitive.

    The canned anchovies I use to make pasta sauce and Caesar dressing are SO salty, are these intense like that? Or more sardine like?
