These are from Tacos de guisado "el Tobichero" in Ensenada BC. He has great guisos, but these two are my favorite. Milanesa and chicharron combined and birria. The green salsa is excellent. They have Beef steak ranchero, Brown and green Mole, Eggs with esparragus, Chile relleno, Milanesa and Chicharron. I've been posting more frequently and it's because I want to show off my little city 🙂 If you ever come, let me know and I'll tell you the best spots!
