Superb Yorkies! What pan did you use?

Any Sunday roast without gravy-filled yorkies is no real roast. Nice to see someone who knows the rules. Looks delicious, too.

That’s one honkin plate of food. I’d probably be able to only get 1/3 down before quitting.

That’s the kind of dinner you just put your head down and get busy shoveling, and you don’t pick your head back up until your plate is done or you’re keeled over with a painful stomachache.

    Well done!

  7. Looks great, but your post almost gave me a heart attack… like whaaaat?! It’s Sunday?! Already?!

    🤣

this looks heavenly 🤤 i need to make yorkshire puddings again sometime, i discovered them as a kid in an old cookbook from the UK (im in the US) and learned to make them and loved them

  9. Duude! You have like eleven different dishes on your plate, you are making all of us look bad 😉 (just kidding, lookin´good, I´m coming over!)

Im not very familiar with british culinary culture, but that looks like a chicken thigh, so how is it a roast??

Broccoli and peas? Roast potatoes that aren’t crispy, no carrots and no parsnips… it’s weird when the colonies try do a roast.

I like the attempt but you need to part boil your potatoes first and lightly mash them, they’ll soak up the fat better and become crispy / crunchy.

  12. You did a great job of making a delectable Sunday roast.
