Salt, pepper, garlic powder, all spice, sugar.
Noodles.
1 package of pastitsio number #2 noodles or rigatoni noodles.
1/2 stick of butter.
3 eggs whisked.
Besamel sauce.
2 cups of 2% (low-fat) milk.
1 cup of semolina flour.
1 stick of butter.
3 eggs whisked.
A handful of parmesan or kefalotiri cheese.
Salt.
