Porcini rubbed ribeye. Reverse sear for 40 min at 220c then seared off, flipped and thrown in a 450 oven for about 4-5 min. Pulled out and let rest until juices came to the top.

thats about as textbook as you could possibly get for a reverse sear. did you toss the potatoes with some of the butter/oil from the sear or oven?

Presume that 220°C is a typo and meant 220°F. Looks amazing tho. Also curious on the porcini rub
