Müçver with Feta Cheese (Turkish Zucchini Fritters)

– 4 zucchini
– 2 eggs
– Feta cheese (my son likes feta cheese in chunky size)
– 3 spoons of all purpose flour
– Parsley
– Dill
– Green onions
– Dried mint
– Ground cumin
– Red pepper flakes
– Black pepper
– Salt
– Avocado oil for frying

1. Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with salt and wait for few minutes
2. Squeeze out the excess water
3. Add in eggs, feta cheese and all purpose flour
4. Add in chopped parsley, dill and green onions
5. Add in dried mint, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt
6. Pan-fried the zucchini with avocado oil until golden brown on both sides
