Ingredients:
● King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
● 1 lb ground beef
● 1 small onion, sliced
● 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
● ½ cup chicken stock
● 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
● 6–8 slices Swiss cheese
● ¼ cup mayonnaise
● 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for sautéing)
● Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet and sauté sliced onions and mushrooms until softened.
2. Add chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce; simmer until reduced and saucy.
3. Form small burger balls, smash them on a hot griddle, season, flip, and top with Swiss cheese to melt.
4. Spread mayonnaise onto the toasted rolls. Add the Swiss-topped burger patties, then spoon mushrooms and onions over top.
5. Place the top rolls back on. Slice apart and enjoy
