Attempted a dupe for Subways Italian herb and cheese bread

They were softer than they probably should have been but likely just needed a few more minutes in the oven. I was out of bread flour so I used regular all purpose and they turned out okay 🥰

    There’s a recipe on YouTube I followed, they always turn out so good! But I don’t do Subway I do a Jimmy John’s copy. Yours looks great!
