Calamarata con sardine, pomodori secchi e olive

  1. As suggested by AutoMod bot, the recipe is quite simple.

    Put in a pan olives (I used taggiasche olives), garlic, oil, hot pepper to taste and fry slowly for a couple of minutes while the pasta is boiling. Add some water of the pasta to the sauce and let it cook slowly.

    5 minutes before the pasta is cooked, add sardines, pasta and some water of pasta to the pan and finish cooking.

    Sprinkle some toasted breadcrumbs on top to finish it off

    Also I would melt the sardines with the tomatoes first then add the pasta
