    Ive managed restaurants for years, and honestly, the second pic is a better effort than some $40-$50 plates I’ve seen go out.

    OP… you had a passion for food and it shows. I don’t recommend a restaurant career to anyone for a number of reasons. But if it’s what you really want to do, I think you have a lot of potential.
