I love doing this! I usually salt AND pepper them before putting them in the bags, but I’ve always got a couple steaks vacuum sealed in the freezer

my freezer is full of cooked beef, chicken and lamb. ice bath then freeze – just thaw (30 min back in the sous vide) and sear
