What cut of beef?
dangerclosecustoms
Needs a Hobart slicer. Would be beautiful roast beef slices for sandwiches.
Look up recipes for Thai crack sauce. I have been eating it with steaks and it’s truly next level. I served some with my Christmas prime rib roast nobody wanted the homemade horseradish cream sauce after they tried the crack sauce.
