Was banging. 2 sausage, 4 rashers smoked streaky (fat rendered), 2 runny eggs, roast tomato, grilled field mushroom, triangle slab of Black pudding (somewhat hidden here), house made hash brown and hienz beans.
Sourdough toast from "welbeck bakehouse" who have a great reputation in notts for their pastries and bread (they had these for sale out the front too, took some pastries to go also).
Was on the menu as "Full Thyme", and they had a smaller version called a "Half Thyme" for £10
