4 ingredients for real plant-based lovers:

  1. Nori sheet (replace with rice paper if you prefer)
  2. Carrot
  3. Sprouted flaxseed
  4. Sprouted alfalfa

    I followed a tragic instagram recipe that used a tube of korean style soft tofu with enoki mushrooms wrapped in nori and it was a fairly epic disaster 😂 tasty just didn’t hold together at all
