    I’m all about traditions an this isn’t it. Is that feta cheese? And is that dried oregano?

    You can cook what you want, all power to you. Just don’t call it something that clearly isn’t it. 4/10

    in greece they would love you for that haha me as a greek have a softspot for that, so if I got served something like that I would in an italian restaurant I would be really mad and then I would be mad of myself for ending up liking it haha

    That’s a lot of herbs. I usually put the herbs in the sauce and simmer for a few hours and the strain them out. That way the herb flavor is in the sauce and you’re not getting a mouthful of leaves
