Toasted baguette with sliced chicken lightly marinated in fish sauce, garlic, and Thai chilis. Breaded and fried. Cabbage slaw is tom yum paste with kewpie mayo, tossed with a little fish sauce, lime, garlic, shallots, and Thai chilis. Also slathered the bread with the kewpie/tom yum mayo. Eaten with chips and an icy coke.

One of my fav noodle soups, I’d definitely destroy the sandwich. Staying tuned for a Tom Kha sandy.
