Toronto’s ramen variety and quality is actually impressive.
Ikkousha, Santouka, Isshin, Kyouka, Remix, Oji Seichi, Ryu’s, Kaminari, Buta-Nibo…just to name a few, not even including the newer ones (Tabetai and Machida Shoten).
Still some stinkers here and there, but feels like over the past 10 years the scene has just exploded.
