Breakfast – Catalina Crunch, 1/2 a Nurri Vanilla Protein Shake, Blueberries, Raspberries

Lunch – Sweet & Savory Plate: Shrimp, Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey, Sweet Mini Peppers with a Light Laughing Cow Cheese and Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, Cucumber, Watermelon, Pineapple, White Grapes, String Cheese

Dinner – Pork Tenderloin, Steamed Green Beans, Sola Bread toasted, Air Fried Mini Potatoes

Snacks: 1 Dubai Chocolate cup, Beef Jerky, 2 Sugar Free Black Cherry Jello snacks, Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding (made with Fairlife) topped with Toffee Bits

Drinks: Fairlife for coffee, Benefiber Packet
