The manual should be fairly easy to find online for free. Thats what I’ve done with several grills

Not to be a wise ass, but you can use matches or an extended lighter to start it, until you get the battery swapped out.
Plus, Weber customer service is usually top notch. So if push comes to shove, you can call them.

Where is the igniter? I just replaced this on my sons, the battery is in the igniter – but I don’t see any push button on yours? Looks like yours is snap to ignite – pretty sure no battery in those.. it suppose to light when you turn the knob and hear it click.

No battery on this model. Has “Snap-Jet ignition”. Right below the knobs there is printed text that says “Lighting instructions inside door”. Did you follow those yet and are you still having difficulty?
I have a Weber Genesis with battery powered electric starter, and I also have a Weber griddle that has the same sort of ignition as this Spirit. It takes a moment to figure it out but once you do it works fine.

Should be a AA battery underneath to the right. It has a little screw cap on it
