After this, I'll probably cool it a bit with the fluff posts. I wanted to at least post that this base I tried with different ingredients than before worked well.

  • 15g pea protein
  • ½ tsp stevia
  • ¾ tsp guar gum
  • ½ cup water
  • 1T lemon juice
  • Salt, lemon extract

I mixed this into about 22 crushed ice cubes, which was probably made with around 2 3/4 cups water. Once everything got blending together nicely, it started lightening up even more, and when I was done, after taking out the blade pillar and roughly smoothing the top, the fluff came above the 6 cups line! It has barely over 60 calories as is, almost all from protein, and I added some chopped frozen apple and fluffed Greek yogurt mousse (still honing in on getting that recipe quite right). I need to start trying to make smaller batches…
